My first thought was dandelion. (My eyes aren't what they used to be.)My second guess would be squash blossom...but that would be the wrong time of year, for my climate anyway.It's pretty, whatever it is!
You're right! It's a squash blossom. :-) I took it in the summer time, obviously. :-) These photos are not necessarily recent.

Good GUESS Jenny! I would never have thought of a squash blossom, but it's as plain as the nose on my face. I was thinking daffodil.
