Short Thoughts - On Election Day

Galatians 6:14  But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

Dear Christian friend, it does not matter who is elected the new president of the United States today. Your job and my job has not changed.  Our King is still the Lord of glory and we are still under His orders.  We still have the same message to give that He commanded us some 2000 years ago.  Let's be about our Father's business.

Matthew 28:18-20  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Proverbs 29:25  The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.
