In Jesus - A Poem by Annie Johnson Flint
In Jesus
In the world, tribulation; but in Jesus -- peace; The heart of the whirlwind where its roarings cease, A little home waiting, still and light and warm, A safe sanctuary from the night and storm.
Thank you sharing this poem. I haven't done any reading about Annie Johnson Flint, but she must have been quite talented. You have shared many good poems by her on your blog.
You're welcome! Annie Johnson Flint is my favorite poet. Her story is one of great suffering, which is perhaps not surprising since God poured out so much comfort through her.
